Customers previously enrolled in automatic bank draft directly with the City of Falls City are not required to re-enroll in automatic payments. The City of Falls City will perform the electronic fund transfer
from your account without any interruption.
Customers previously enrolled with Payment Service Network (PSN) will require re-enrollment.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.
Utility Bills are due by the 15th of the month. After the 15th bills will recieve a 5% penalty.
